A Move-In/Move-Out clean includes everything in the Summit Deep clean, but with even more added detail that takes a little more time. Scrubbing baseboards, cleaning interior of cupboards, bathrooms etc. You name it, we've got you covered. Rest assured Summit will make sure your home is clean and turn-key ready.
Pricing
Initial Deposit: $260.00
This includes a 4hour minimum and likely 2 crew members. Upon completion, the deposit will be applied to the remainder of your bill
Hourly breakdown: $65.00 +GST
due to the complexity & thoroughness of this cleaning, a moving clean is slightly more than the standard cleaning fee
